It’s Delhi Waveriders Vs. Punjab Warriors in the Semifinal Today!

The semi-final matches of the Hero Hockey India League 2015 is all set to take place on 21st February at the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium, New Delhi. The Delhi Waveriders are going to face Jaypee Punjab Warriors who are currently occupying the first position of the league table of HHIL 2015. In the league matches held between these two teams both of the matches concluded with a win of the Punjab franchise, the first one being 1-3 and the second one being 0-7. The players of the Delhi team are well aware of the fact that Punjab Warriors is a strong team and they have to be tackled in a skillful manner. DWR team’s eyes are all set on the HHIL 2015 cup and they are determined to give their best in the semi-finals.

The head coach of DWR, Mr. Cedric D’Souza, is now looking after each and every aspect of the game. “We will do whatever it takes to lift the cup of HHIL second time in a row.” In the last few matches, Mr. D’Souza emphasized upon circle penetrations of DWR that proved to be fruitful for them. Though DWR has got a strong defense system, they are all set to strengthen their attacking mode as many a times it becomes crucial to play a rough attacking game.
